Axiom Technologies is seeking a capable Desktop Support Officer to provide on-site and on-call support in Urraween, Queensland. The role involves assisting end users with Windows 10/11, Intune, and cloud apps, plus collaborating with multiple teams to resolve issues and ensure service quality.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in desktop support, strong AD/GPs knowledge, PowerShell skills, and solid customer communication. This position is based on-site with potential enterprise IT exposure.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in Level 1/2 desktop support.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows 10/11, Intune, cloud environments.
• Familiar with Active Directory and Group Policies; PowerShell scripting a must.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple technical groups and fix issues remotely.
• Strong client communication and documentation in ticketing systems.

Aufgaben

• Provide on-site and on-call desktop support to end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and application issues.
• Collaborate with app owners for cloud and web app support.
• Maintain and update Office/365 apps, Outlook, and browser apps.
• Document all work in the ticketing system with clear details.
