Job summary

Healthcare Professionals Group is seeking a commercially driven dental sales professional to grow a well-established portfolio in Melbourne's Southeast. Focus areas include new business development, clinician relationships and increasing market share through education and product adoption.

You will build territory plans, drive customer activity and meet KPIs while delivering product demonstrations and ongoing support to dental professionals.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience within dental is preferred.
• Experience selling into clinics in other medical device sectors will be considered.
• Commercially minded dental clinicians will also be considered.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to independently manage and grow a sales territory.
• Confident, proactive and relationship-focused approach with a willingness to learn and develop within the dental sector.

Responsibilities

• Identify and convert new business opportunities across dental practices throughout the territory.
• Develop existing accounts while proactively increasing product adoption and market share.
• Build territory plans, manage customer activity and consistently achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide product demonstrations, education and ongoing support to dental professionals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records while sharing customer feedback, competitor activity and market insights with the wider business.
