HCF CBD Dental Centre in Sydney is seeking an experienced Receptionist to manage appointments, bookings and enquiries, and to handle incoming calls with courtesy. You will work closely with clinicians, build rapport with patients and colleagues, and contribute to the supportive culture of our practice as an HCF brand ambassador.

This casual, weekday role (Mon-Fri) suits someone with prior dental reception or DA experience, strong computer skills, and a proactive, patient‑focused mindset.

Competenze

• Proven experience in a customer-facing receptionist role.
• Previous experience working in a dental centre is highly regarded.
• Experience in maintaining appointment booking and account systems.
• Demonstrated understanding of computerised dental systems is highly regarded (Dental4Windows or Oasis).
• Strong communication skills to build rapport with patients.
• Good time management and high attention to detail.
• Excellent listening skills and teamwork mentality.
• Experience with many different types of insurance and their coverage plans.
• Experience as a Dental Assistant or interest to be cross trained in this area.
• Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Qualifications in first aid.
