HCF CBD Dental Centre in Sydney is seeking an experienced Casual Receptionist to manage appointments, handle enquiries, and answer incoming calls, while building rapport with patients and colleagues in a busy clinical environment. You will support the Practice Manager and Dentist, maintain appointment and account systems, and participate in a culture of teamwork.

• Proven experience in a customer-facing receptionist role.
• Experience working in a dental centre is highly regarded.
• Experience with appointment booking and account systems.
• Familiar with Dental4Windows or Oasis.
• Strong communication skills to build rapport with patients.
• Good time management and high attention to detail.
• Teamwork mentality and flexibility.
• Experience with insurance coverage plans.
• Interest in cross-training as Dental Assistant.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• First aid qualifications.
