HCF Australia is hiring an experienced Receptionist for our CBD Dental Centre. You will manage appointments, handle enquiries, and support clinicians while representing the HCF brand in a patient-focused environment.

The role is full-time and based in our CBD Dental Center, five days a week (Mon-Fri). You will work closely with clinicians to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care.

Formación

• Proven experience in a customer-facing receptionist role.
• Previous experience in a dental centre is highly regarded.
• Experience maintaining appointment bookings and accounts.
• Demonstrated understanding of computerized dental systems (Dental4Windows or Oasis).
• Strong communication skills to build rapport with patients.

Responsabilidades

• Providing courteous, prompt and correct responses to all enquiries.
• Handling bookings and managing appointments.
• Raising accounts and receipt payments.
• Complying with HCF Dental Quality Management System and policies.
• Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment.
• Support the Practice Manager and Dentist in fostering teamwork and efficient running of the dental centre.
