Job summary

The Star Sydney is seeking a DemiChef to lead a section under the Sous Chef, delivering flawless execution in a safety-focused kitchen. You will train junior staff, support cooking tasks, and uphold hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have fine or casual dining experience and proficiency with Asian and Western cuisines. A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher is required, with rotating rosters including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
