Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining or steakhouse environments is preferred.
• Woodfire cooking experience is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with a range of cooking techniques and equipment.
• Strong communication and knowledge of relevant liquor laws.

Responsibilities

• Support or lead the assigned section as directed by the Jr Sous Chef and provide training to junior staff members.
• Assist with fundamental cooking and food preparation tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations.
• Complete all duties in line with company and statutory hygiene requirements.
• Meet requirements for consistency and high quality in a fast-paced environment.
