Job summary

Bega Group is seeking a Digital Campaign Lead for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Melbourne. You will drive personalised, data-led campaigns across the customer journey and partner with product, data and commercial teams to align activity with business priorities.

You will lead optimisation, support segmentation and targeting, and translate insights into actions that deliver commercial outcomes, contributing to a collaborative and inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, eCommerce or campaign delivery.
• Understanding of customer segmentation and personalisation.
• Proficiency with GA4, GTM and data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design and delivery of personalised, data-led campaigns across the customer journey.
• Collaborate with product, data and commercial teams to align activity with priorities.
• Lead campaign optimisation through testing, learning and iteration.
• Support segmentation and targeting to boost engagement and experience.
• Translate insights into actions driving commercial outcomes.
