Job summary

Bega Group in Melbourne is seeking a Digital Campaign Lead for a 12-month fixed-term contract to craft data-driven customer experiences and guide high-impact digital campaigns across the customer journey. You will collaborate with product, data and commercial teams, translate insights into action, and drive campaign optimisation, segmentation and personalised experiences in a fast-moving FMCG environment.

Qualifications

Experience in digital marketing, eCommerce or campaign delivery.
Understanding of customer segmentation, personalisation and campaign execution.
Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (GA4/GTM).
Ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Drive design and delivery of personalised, data-led digital campaigns across the customer journey.
Collaborate with product, data, and commercial teams to align campaign activity with business priorities.
Lead campaign optimisation by testing, learning, and improving performance.
Support development of customer segmentation and targeting to enhance engagement and experience.
Liaise with stakeholders to translate insights into meaningful actions and commercial outcomes.
