Job summary

Kaizen Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Lead in Melbourne to unlock value from data, technology and marketing capabilities. You will partner with Campaign Leads and stakeholders to refine targeting, personalisation, automation and measurement, while shaping the future digital marketing capabilities across the organisation.

You will implement audience segmentation, automation, and continuous optimisation using first-party data, and drive campaigns with a data-driven mindset

Qualifications

• Experience with digital campaigns and CRM delivery.
• Strong audience segmentation and personalisation skills.
• Proficient in A/B testing and optimisation.
• Experience with MarTech platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Campaign Leads to deliver and optimise campaigns, improve audience targeting and performance.
• Drive audience segmentation, marketing automation, testing, and optimisation using first-party data.
• Design and optimise automated user journeys and lead nurture programs.
• Use marketing technology to activate audiences and improve efficiency.
• Establish measurement and reporting with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
