Blackwoods in Melbourne is seeking a Campaign Marketing Lead on a 12-month maximum-term contract to own the promotional campaign calendar, coordinate catalogues, offers and supporting collateral that drive category growth and customer engagement.

Working with Category, Sales, Digital and Supplier teams, you will manage campaign execution from planning through to performance analysis, ensuring every campaign is delivered on time and achieves measurable outcomes.

Formación

• Proven experience in campaign marketing, marketing activation, events or a similar role.
• Strong project management capability with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - We use Monday, but similar system proficiency is fine.
• Demonstrated understanding of marketing channels and campaign execution.
• Experience analysing performance data and translating insights into action.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and deadline management.
• Experience within a B2C environment will be highly regarded.

• Lead the delivery of promotional and tactical marketing campaigns.
