Victaulic in Sydney is seeking a Business Development Manager – Data Centre to drive growth in the data centre sector, influence specifications, and build strong relationships with owners, consultants and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering, construction, or similar).
• Demonstrated experience in business development or technical sales in data centre, mechanical, HVAC, or engineering sectors.
• Proven success in specification influence and complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Assess the data centre market regionally to prioritise key accounts and high‑value projects.
• Build and execute a targeted business plan to expand influence through specification work.
• Identify emerging data centre project activity via research, consultants, developers and intelligence.
• Influence owner standards and consultant specs to drive early adoption of Victaulic solutions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales and engineering to deliver complete solutions.
