Job summary

Opal HealthCare's Ashmore Gardens Care Community on the Gold Coast is seeking a friendly Customer Support Assistant to welcome residents, families and visitors, and to help keep our team running smoothly.

You will handle administrative tasks, assist with tours for prospective residents, manage rostering and payroll records, and contribute to outstanding customer service in a compassionate aged care setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative, reception, or customer service role (aged care or healthcare experience is a plus, but not essential)
• A friendly, professional manner with exceptional organisation and communication skills
• The ability to be proactive, work as part of a team, and manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to complete: Pre-employment medical
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
