Job summary

Opal HealthCare Kirra Beach Care Community is seeking a caring and efficient Customer Support Assistant to be the welcoming face and supportive backbone of our team.

This on-site role involves greeting residents, families and visitors, providing essential administrative support, guiding tours for prospective residents, managing rostering and payroll tasks, and delivering outstanding customer service within a values-led, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative, reception, or customer service role (aged care or healthcare experience is a plus, but not essential)
• A friendly, professional manner with exceptional organisation and communication skills
• A genuine desire to help people and make a difference in your community
• The ability to be proactive, work as part of a team, and manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Be the warm and welcoming first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors.
• Provide essential administrative support to ensure our care community runs smoothly.
• Assist with guiding prospective residents and families on tours of our beautiful community.
• Manage rostering, payroll tasks, and maintain accurate records.
• Work as a key part of a supportive team to deliver exceptional customer service.
