Job summary

TheirCare Pty is seeking a Customer Support Officer to join our head office in Hawthorn on a casual six-month peak-period basis. You’ll be the friendly administrative engine, helping families and school communities feel valued and supported.

Your day involves phone support, bookings and account administration, billing inquiries and ad-hoc reporting. Flexible shifts between 6:30am and 9:00pm AEDT, Monday to Friday, with convenient access near Hawthorn Station.

Responsibilities

• Inbound and occasional outbound phone support, answering questions and solving problems with a positive and empathetic approach.
• Handling bookings and account administration to billing inquiries.
• Supporting business operations with administrative reporting and other ad-hoc duties.
