TheirCare Pty Ltd is seeking a Customer Support Officer for our Head Office in Hawthorn, Melbourne, on a 6-month casual basis to support our peak summer period. You will handle inbound phone inquiries, bookings, account administration and billing questions, while contributing to operational reporting and ad-hoc duties in a fast-paced team environment.
