Adbri Concrete is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Thebarton order office in Adelaide. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping ensure orders are entered, tracked and delivered on time with excellent service on every call.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service over the phone.
• Answer more than 100 customer calls professionally and efficiently each day.
• Process customer orders and prepare quotes.
• Work closely with the allocation team to achieve OTIF deliveries.
• Maintain safety, health and environmental standards.
