Job summary

Aliaxis APAC in Adelaide, at our North Plympton site, seeks a proactive Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact for distributor customers, handling orders, pricing and delivery inquiries while delivering outstanding service.

You will collaborate across Sales, Distribution, Production and Finance, maintain data accuracy in ERP/CRM systems, and support continuous improvement in service levels. A positive, team‑oriented communicator with attention to detail will excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in Manufacturing/RetaiI/Hospitality or related industries is desirable.
• Experience resolving customer issues and delivering solutions.
• Proficient in ERP/CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process orders received via email, phone, or EDI.
• Provide order updates, pricing, and delivery information to customers.
• Answer inbound calls and maintain customer records with accurate notes.
• Build and sustain relationships with customers and internal teams.
