Boral in Adelaide's Norwood is seeking a Customer Solution Agent to join our Concrete Contact Centre on a permanent full-time basis. You will handle orders, provide delivery updates, and support customers with inquiries, ensuring accurate entry into our systems.

The role requires punctual, customer-focused individuals with strong communication, the ability to juggle priorities in a busy environment, and solid computer literacy. Weekdays 8:30am-4:30pm with overtime and Saturday shifts available.
