Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in customer success or account management within FMCG, retail or supply chain.
• Track record of building strong relationships and driving customer retention.
• Commercial acumen with ability to spot growth opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Understanding of the Australian logistics landscape and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships and own customer partnerships.
• Proactively resolve issues and work with operations teams.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Lead customer reviews and monitor account performance.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver commitments.
