Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in customer success or account management within FMCG, retail or supply chain.
• Track record of building strong relationships and driving customer retention.
• Commercial acumen with ability to spot growth opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Understanding of the Australian logistics landscape and a customer-first mindset.

In This Role, You Will

• Build lasting relationships: Own customer partnerships and create experiences that keep customers coming back.
• Keep customers thriving: Proactively resolve issues, work with operations teams and turn challenges into positive outcomes.
• Unlock growth: Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and deliver value for both customers and Metcash.
• Make commercial sense: Lead customer reviews, monitor account performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Be the trusted partner: Work collaboratively with customers and internal teams to deliver on commitments and build confidence.

You’ll Bring

• 3+ years’ experience in customer success or account management within FMCG, retail or supply chain.
