Job summary

Aliaxis is recruiting a Customer Service Officer at our North Plympton site in Australia. You will be the first point of contact for distributor customers, handling orders, pricing queries, and delivery inquiries with a customer-centric approach.

You will work closely with Sales, Distribution, Production, Finance and Administration to ensure accurate orders, timely updates, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within manufacturing, retail, trade, hospitality or FMCG is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Team player with collaborative style and positive attitude.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for distributor customers and answer inquiries.
• Process orders, provide pricing and delivery information.
• Handle calls to deliver solutions and keep customers updated.
• Manage caseload with accurate notes across client files.
• Collaborate with Sales, Distribution, Production, Finance and Administration.
• Maintain professionalism under pressure and ensure timely updates.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and service.
