Qualifications

• Customer service experience in manufacturing, retail, or FMCG.
• Experience resolving customer problems and complaints.
• Proficient with MS Office; ERP/CRM experience preferred (SAP, Salesforce).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Handle distributor customer enquiries and process orders.
• Provide order updates, pricing, and delivery information.
• Receive and verify orders via email, phone, and EDI.
• Maintain accurate client notes and manage caseload.
• Build positive relationships across Sales, Distribution, Production, Finance, Admin, Quality.
• Own tasks with accuracy and seek help when needed.
• Stay positive under pressure and keep stakeholders informed.
• Suggest ways to improve efficiency and service.
