Job summary

Aliaxis is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team in South Australia. You will be the first point of contact for Distributor customers, handling orders, pricing and delivery inquiries, and delivering outstanding service across the business.

Based at our North Plympton site, you will build strong relationships, manage case loads efficiently, and collaborate with Sales, Distribution, Production and Finance to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Trade, Hospitality or FMCG is ideal.
• Experience resolving issues and driving solutions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems (SAP and Salesforce advantageous).
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders to influence outcomes.
• Collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide timely, accurate information to distributors and customers.
• Process orders received via email, phone, or EDI with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide order updates, pricing, product availability, and delivery inquiries.
• Maintain relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless service experience.
• Keep client files updated with notes and actions for continuity across Sales, Distribution, Production, Finance and Administration.
