Job summary

Axis Communications is seeking a Customer Service Officer in North Plympton, SA. You will be the first contact for distributor customers, processing orders, answering pricing and delivery questions, and providing timely solutions.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to ensure accurate, efficient service. Ideally you have customer service experience in manufacturing or FMCG, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems (SAP/Salesforce advantageous).

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Trade, Hospitality or FMCG.
• Strong problem-solving and resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP and Salesforce advantageous).
• Team-oriented with adaptability and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Process orders received via email, phone and EDI and verify accuracy.
• Provide order updates and respond to pricing and delivery inquiries.
• Handle inbound calls to support distributor customers and provide solutions.
• Maintain notes on client files to ensure seamless service.
• Build positive relationships with sales, distribution, production and finance teams.
