Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within manufacturing, retail, trade, FMCG.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to build relationships.
• Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems (SAP and Salesforce advantageous) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management, attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Team player with positive, resilient attitude and a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and process orders, provide pricing and delivery information.
• Verify orders received via email, phone, and EDI.
• Maintain a caseload and update client notes to ensure a seamless experience.
• Build and sustain relationships across Sales, Distribution, Production, Finance, Administration, and Quality.
• Identify ways to improve efficiency and service for internal and external customers.
• Support customers with product availability and promotions.
