Vinidex, part of the Aliaxis family, is seeking a Customer Service Officer in Adelaide to support distributor customers from our North Plympton site. You will process orders, advise on pricing and delivery inquiries, and respond to calls to provide solutions and keep customers updated.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, retail, trade, hospitality or FMCG customer service.
• Experience resolving customer issues and problem-solving.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems (SAP and Salesforce advantageous).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated team player with a collaborative style and positive attitude.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and log activity in the phone system.
• Provide order updates and assist with product availability, promotions, pricing.
• Receive and verify orders via email, phone, EDI.
• Manage caseload with accurate notes on client files and contacts for a seamless customer experience.
• Build and sustain relationships with customers and internal teams (Sales, Distribution, Production, Finance, Administration, Quality).
• Take personal responsibility for accurate completion of work and seek assistance when required.
• Remain positive and calm under pressure while keeping others informed of issues.
• Suggest methods to improve efficiency and service to both internal and external customers.
