Aliaxis North Plympton is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team. You will be the first point of contact for distributor customers, processing orders, advising on pricing and delivery queries, and handling inbound calls to provide effective solutions.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience in manufacturing or FMCG, strong communication skills, and proficiency with ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Trade, Hospitality or FMCG.
• Experience dealing with customer resolutions and problem-solving.
• ERP/CRM systems experience (SAP and Salesforce advantageous).
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written, with ability to build relationships across stakeholders.
• Demonstrated teamwork, positivity, resilience and urgency in a busy environment.
• Strong time management and high attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls and process customer orders to support distributors.
• Provide order updates, pricing, availability, and delivery information.
• Receive and verify orders via email, phone, or EDI and log notes in client files.
• Collaborate with Sales, Distribution, Production, Finance and Admin to ensure seamless service.
• Identify efficiency improvements and contribute to a positive customer experience.
