Aliaxis is seeking a proactive Customer Service Officer based at our North Plympton site to support Distributor customers. You will manage orders, advise on pricing and delivery, and answer calls to provide swift, reliable solutions while building strong stakeholder relationships.

You will work closely with Sales, Distribution, Production, Finance, and Administration teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within manufacturing or retail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with ERP/CRM systems like SAP or Salesforce.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Able to work in a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Handle distributor orders and process inquiries by phone, email, and EDI.
• Provide order updates, pricing, and delivery information to customers.
• Log interactions and maintain accurate notes in the CRM.
• Maintain a positive relationship with internal teams (Sales, Distribution, Production, Finance).
• Proactively identify process improvements to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure accurate data entry and timely responses to customer requests.
