Vinidex, part of the Aliaxis group, is seeking a proactive Customer Service Officer to join our team in Adelaide. You will be the first point of contact for distributor customers, handling orders, pricing inquiries, and delivery questions with a customer-focused approach.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Distribution, Production and Finance to ensure accurate orders and timely updates. A manufacturing background, strong communication, and ERP/CRM experience (SAP/Salesforce) are valued.

Qualifications

• Ideally you will have some Customer Service experience within a Manufacturing, Retail, Trade, Hospitality or FMCG industry.
• Experience dealing with customer resolutions and problem-solving.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills and ERP/CRM experience (SAP and Salesforce advantageous).

Responsabilités

• Provides order updates and assists customers with product availability, promotions, and pricing enquiries.
• Receives, processes and verifies orders received via email, phone, EDI.
• Maintains accurate notes on client files and contacts to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Builds and sustains positive relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Takes responsibility for accurate completion of work and seeks assistance when required.
