Job summary

Vinidex, part of the Aliaxis group, is seeking a Customer Service Officer in Australia. Based at our North Plympton site, you will support distributor customers by processing orders, advising on pricing and delivery, and handling inquiries with a proactive, customer-centric approach.

You will collaborate with Sales, Distribution, Production, Finance, Administration and Quality teams to ensure accurate orders, timely updates and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within manufacturing, retail, trade or FMCG.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong teamwork, adaptability and customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for Distributor customers; process orders and provide pricing/delivery information.
• Answer phone calls and emails, delivering timely solutions and updates to customers.
• Verify and process orders received via email, phone or EDI; maintain accurate notes in client files.
• Build positive relationships with customers and internal teams (Sales, Distribution, Production, Finance, Administration, Quality).
• Maintain accurate caseload management and seek assistance when required.
• Suggest improvements to improve efficiency and service for internal and external customers.
