Job summary

Hornsby Shire Council is seeking a customer service oriented individual to deliver face-to-face and phone support to internal and external customers. This permanent full-time role contributes to multiple divisions and requires a proactive, professional approach to ensure accurate handling of requests and applications.

Qualifications

Experience with General Pathway for Applications and Service Requests.
Experience with TechnologyOne (TechOne) and Kronos.

Responsibilities

Providing exceptional high-level customer service to Council’s internal and external customers.
Processing customer requests and applications, ensuring quality and accuracy in all customer transactions.
Promoting a professional and positive image of Council.
