The position is permanent full-time, with a 9-day fortnight, and a salary between $68,951 and $77,243 per year plus superannuation.

Qualifications

• Experience with General Pathway for Applications and Service Requests.
• Experience with TechnologyOne (TechOne) and Kronos system.
• Familiarity with GIS system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑level customer service to internal and external customers.
• Process customer requests and applications with accuracy.
• Promote a professional and positive image of Council.
