24 Hour Trade Services is seeking a confident Customer Service Representative to join our busy Sydney office. You will be the first point of contact, handle inquiries, schedule jobs and coordinate technicians to ensure high standards of service.

The role centers on clear communication, organisation, and delivering a smooth customer journey from the first call to job completion. Previous customer service experience is preferred, with a minimum of 6 months.

Qualifications

• 6 months customer service experience minimum.
• Experience in a fast-paced or service-based environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with enquiries.
