Job summary

Hertz Northern Rivers in Grafton is seeking casual Customer Service Representatives to join our team. You will greet customers, process reservations, rentals and returns, and strive to deliver outstanding service.

The role suits someone with strong communication, a sales mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Available Monday to Saturday; must be 18+, hold a valid driver's license, and pass a police check. Casual with potential for permanent part-time.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, positive attitude and flair for sales.
• Previous experience in Customer Service or sales; experience in the Rental Industry an advantage.
• Ability to work unsupervised and integrate as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive Customer Service experience by greeting and engaging customers.
• Complete Reservations, Rental & Return transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide overall Customer satisfaction by resolving issues.
• Complete Administration Duties in a productive and timely manner.
• Computer and Keyboard skills are essential; update skills in Procedures & all types of Technology.

We’re looking for highly motivated Casual Customer Service Representatives to join our exceptional team at Grafton to continue our success in the future of Car Rental.

What is this role all about?

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer and Sales Service to ensure the continued growth and long-term success of Hertz, Thrifty & Dollar.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an individual who is passionate about Customer Service and has the ability to work collaboratively as a team to achieve targets. Would suit a person with an outgoing personality and a positive can-do attitude.

The role is Casual with the possibility of Permanent Part-Time based on future business needs.

Skills and Experience:

• Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and have a flair for sales

• Ability to adapt and be an all-rounder, including organising repairs, moving and cleaning vehicles.
• Must be available Monday to Saturday.
• You must be over 18, hold a current C-class Driver’s License (Green P's considered) and have Transportation. Light Rigid Licence (or above) an advantage.
• Current Police Check Required.
