Job summary

Hertz Brisbane Store is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service and sales support across internal and external customers, contributing to growth and profitability of Hertz.

Based at our Brisbane store with potential travel to other QLD stores, you will greet customers, process rentals and returns, promote Hertz options, resolve issues, and work within a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude when engaging customers.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales; experience in rental industry preferred.
• Flexibility of working hours including weekends and public holidays.
• Full AU driver's licence with ability to drive automatic vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Complete rental and return transactions accurately.
• Promote Hertz rental options to customers.
• Resolve issues to maintain overall satisfaction.

About the Role?

As a Customer Service Representative,you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales services to internal and external customers to ensure the continued growth and profitability of Hertz. You will be based at our Brisbane Store and you may be required to work at other QLD stores within reasonable travel distance.

In this role you will;

• Ensure a positive customer experience by greeting and engaging customers
• Complete rental and return transactions efficiently and accurately
• Sell Hertz rental options to our valued customers
• Ensure overall customer satisfaction by resolving issues
• Be involved in reservations of rental vehicles and associated requirements
• Work as part of a high performing team

About You?

• Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and ability to engage in verbal interaction with customers
• Previous experience in customer service or sales; experience in rental industry preferred
• Flexibility of working hours (7-day shift work including weekends & public holidays may apply)
• A full and current AU driver's licence with the ability to drive automatic vehicles
