Beijer Ref Australia is hiring a Customer Service Representative at our Archerfield branch. You will be the first point of contact for customers and coordinate with warehouse, suppliers and the branch team to ensure timely deliveries and great service.

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in delivering the outstanding service we're known for.

Working closely with customers, warehouse staff, suppliers and the branch team, you'll help ensure customers receive the products, information and support they need to keep their businesses running.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers over the phone, by email and at the trade counter
