Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the trade counter and respond to phone and email enquiries.
• Provide product information and help customers identify the right equipment and parts.
• Prepare quotations, process orders and coordinate sourcing and fulfilment.
• Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and generate additional sales.
• Build customer relationships and follow up on enquiries and quotations.
• Support branch sales and customer service objectives.
• Receive, pick, pack and dispatch stock accurately.
• Assist with stocktakes, inventory control, deliveries and store presentation.
• Maintain safe work practices across sales counter and warehouse.
