Kirby HVAC&R Pty Ltd in Fyshwick, Canberra, is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. You’ll provide exceptional service at the counter, by phone and email, process orders and support sales, build lasting relationships and help customers find the right solutions.

You’ll also assist with deliveries, stock control and day-to-day branch operations. No industry experience is required; we offer structured training, a positive culture, and opportunities to work across

What you'll be doing

• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders.
• Assisting with deliveries and day-to-day branch operations.
• Supporting stock control and maintaining a safe, organised workplace.

Who we're looking for

You might come from retail, hospitality, administration, customer service, sales or another customer-facing role.

Most importantly, you:

• Communicate confidently and build rapport with a wide range of people.
• Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Are reliable, organised and take pride in your work.

• Are comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence
• A Forklift Licence is desirable but not essential, we can support you in obtaining one.
