Job summary

Kirby HVAC&R Pty Ltd in Newcastle is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our high-energy team. You will deliver exceptional counter and internal sales service to trade customers and build strong relationships with local tradies and national account technicians.

This secure, full-time role (Monday–Friday) may include weekend work. You will assist with stock management, support warehouse operations, and opportunities for forklift training and licence; you will work in a safe,

About the Role

This is a secure, full-time Monday–Friday role, with optional weekend work available across the branch network.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will:

• Deliver exceptional counter and internal sales service to trade customers
• Build strong relationships with local tradies and national account technicians
• Identify customer needs and help find the right solutions
• Assist with stock management and inventory control
• Support warehouse operations including picking and packing
• Operate a forklift (we’ll help you obtain your licence and provide training)
• Maintain a safe, organised workspace in line with WHS standards
