Beijer Ref Australia is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our North Lakes team. If you enjoy helping customers and keeping operations running smoothly, this role is for you.

You’ll build relationships, quote and process orders, coordinate stock, pricing, and deliveries, and collaborate with warehouse and counter staff to maintain a safe, organized environment. We value a customer‑first mindset, good communication, and a willingness to obtain a forklift license and complete

• Experience in customer service or similar roles (retail/wholesale/trades welcome).
• Solid computer skills; comfortable navigating systems and emails.
• Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.
• Willingness to complete Pre-employment Medical and National Police Check.

Responsabilidades

What You’ll Be Doing

• Helping our customers: You’ll build genuine relationships, provide product support, and offer advice that helps them get the job done.

• Keeping things on track: You’ll quote and process sales orders accurately and efficiently – making sure stock, pricing, and deliveries all align.

• Working together: From the warehouse to the counter, you’ll collaborate with teammates to maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment.

• Driving great outcomes: You’ll take initiative to meet branch targets and support your team to deliver the best service possible.

What You’ll Bring
