Kirby HVAC&R Pty Ltd, a Beijer Ref Group company, is seeking a Senior Refrigeration Technician transitioning to a customer-facing Technical Sales Engineer role in Adelaide. The role combines technical refrigeration expertise with advisory sales across contractors, consultants and end users.

You'll design and specify refrigeration systems, support quotations, and drive regional growth while building trusted partnerships. Relocation considerations apply for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial refrigeration industry experience.
• Understanding of refrigeration system design and component selection.
• Experience with compressors, condensers, evaporators, controls and refrigerants.

About the role

In this role, you'll combine your technical expertise with commercial insight to deliver practical refrigeration solutions that help customers achieve successful project and maintenance outcomes.

You will:

• Provide technical guidance and practical solutions to customers and internal sales teams
• Support refrigeration system design and equipment selection
• Assist customers in identifying the most suitable products for their applications
• Develop strong relationships with contractors, consultants and end users
• Support the delivery of quotations and project opportunities
• Help drive sales growth across the region
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and branch teams
• Become a trusted technical advisor throughout the project lifecycle
