Job summary

Optimal Recruitment Pty Ltd is recruiting a Customer Coordinator for the client's team on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. This permanent full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, order processing and administrative support, reporting to the Operations Manager and Customer Service Team Leader.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in a similar role, with strong data entry and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a customer service role.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiries and take orders over the phone.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Enter Sales Orders into the Pronto system accurately.
• Release customer orders from back order.
• Process cash sales with accurate records.
• Create Pro-forma invoices, consignment notes, and return documentation.
• Assist with price lists distribution and processing of return authorities.
• Liaise with Warehouse staff regarding dispatch and timely delivery.
• Assist with claims, credits and resolving discrepancies.
