Job summary

Excel Recruitment is supporting a client to hire an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join their Yatala team on a permanent full-time basis. This role suits a customer-focused professional with strong coordination and administration skills in manufacturing, construction or HVAC sectors.

The successful candidate will coordinate orders and projects from purchase order through to completion, keep customers and internal teams informed, and support reporting and process improvement

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in customer service, project coordination or order management.
• Experience within manufacturing, construction, HVAC or a similar industry.
• Experience using ERP or order management systems.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders and projects from purchase order through to completion.
• Coordinate production and delivery schedules.
• Enter and maintain accurate order information.
• Monitor project costs and reconcile against quotes and purchase orders.
• Manage variations and additional purchase orders.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person.
• Prepare smaller quotes in line with pricing structures.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with Production, Sales and Finance to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Support reporting and process improvement initiatives.
