Recruit Shop in the West Ryde/Meadowbank area is hiring a full-time Client Services Coordinator. You will be the main contact for clients and the Sales Team via phone, email, and Slack, handling orders, invoices, and payments, and supporting key accounts end-to-end.

The role requires 2+ years in phone-based client service, strong English, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and Outlook (ODOO and Slack are a plus).

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a phone-based client service role.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• A proactive, problem-solving approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Excel and Outlook skills; ODOO and Slack highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Processing orders and following up on invoices and payments.
• Making outbound calls for relationship building and lead generation.
• Preparing weekly reports and liaising with warehouses and couriers.
• Answering inbound enquiries with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Assisting with lead setup, onboarding, and accurate record-keeping.
