Job summary

Optimal Recruitment Pty Ltd is recruiting for a Customer Coordinator based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service, handling orders, and providing administrative support within a dynamic team.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and timely order processing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years in a customer service or similar role.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong data-entry and filing accuracy.
• Experience with Pronto or similar systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiries and take orders over the phone.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Enter all Sales Orders into the Pronto system accurately.
• Release orders from back order to ensure timely delivery.
• Process cash sales with correct records.
• Create Pro-forma invoices, consignment notes and returns docs.
• Distribute price lists and process return authorities.
• Liaise with Warehouse for dispatch and delivery.
• Assist with claims, credits and resolving discrepancies.
