James Fisher and Sons plc in Caringbah, Sydney, Australia, seeks a Sales & Service Coordinator to support the sales function, coordinate orders from receipt to delivery, and liaise between internal teams and customers. You will ensure accurate processing aligned with company policies and contribute to customer satisfaction and business success.

The role requires experience in sales support/coordination and proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar sales support, coordination, or administration role, ideally within a subsea, engineering, or defence environment.
• Good understanding of quotation, sales order, purchasing, receipting, and invoicing processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process internal and external sales orders in Glovia, from order creation through to invoicing.
• Ensure sales documentation is accurate and complete, including customer-requested quality documentation (OQE).
• Coordinate and monitor export licence applications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain forecasts for service and sales demand, reviewing MPS/MRP reports to support purchasing requirements.
• Raise purchase requisitions and orders, ensuring parts and consumables are available to meet delivery schedules.
• Prepare and submit monthly order book and dashboard reports, providing updates on orders, work in hand, and planning activities.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records, opportunities, and activities to support reporting and forecasting.
• Prepare and manage customer quotations, ensuring pricing accuracy and compliance with company approval processes.
