Job summary

Coles Morley is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead the day-to-day running of the customer service department and front-of-store operations. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will drive a high standard of service, coach a team, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience for customers and the local community.

You'll oversee checkouts and the customer service desk, manage rostering and safety, and contribute to a store that reflects Coles' values.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer facing environment.
• Proven leadership experience coaching and developing a team to meet targets and rostering requirements.
• Maintain excellent service standards and keep checkout areas clean and safe.
• Drive a one-team culture prioritising health, safety and wellbeing.
• Be customer obsessed and understand diverse customers to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
