Drakes Supermarkets Pty Ltd in Queensland is hiring a Customer Service role to support the day-to-day operation of the store's customer service department and help deliver our promise of exceptional service.

You will coach frontline staff, generate rosters, assist with stock checks and training, and work within a highly supportive team to maintain a positive shopping experience for customers and families. We offer onboarding, career progression, and a 10% staff discount.

Qualifications

• POS knowledge is preferred, but not essential.
• Ability to supervise a team.
• Accurate rostering of team members.
• Passion and enthusiasm with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities
