Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, administrative support or a similar co-ordination role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and team.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with email, scheduling apps and CRM systems.
• Professional telephone manner and friendly approach.
• Problem solving under pressure.
• Reliability and punctuality in delivering high-quality service.
• Experience in home improvement, retail or service industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and co-ordinating installation appointments with customers and installation team.
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, orders and installation schedules.
• Liaising between customers and installers to confirm appointments, provide updates and resolve issues.
• Following up with customers post installation to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Managing calendar systems and scheduling tools to optimise installer availability and customer preferences.
• Providing administrative support to the operations team as required.
• Maintaining professional standards in all customer interactions and representing Premier Shades positively.
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email and online channels in a timely and professional manner.
